The phone number you are required to verify is the number included in the contact field and the number that would display on the listing's contact box, unless you have chosen to hide your phone number.
Any new phone numbers entered on your Zillow Rental Manager listings will also need to be verified. However, once you've verified a phone number you won't need to verify it again for any other listings you use it on.
The phone number you are verifying cannot be a managed/auto-responder/phone-bank number. You will need to be able to answer the call, or read the text message to access the verification code we send for verification. Some types of phone numbers are not accepted.
