Homee is a network of insured home maintenance professionals for landlords and property managers who need repairs or maintenance done on their rental properties. Homee aims to connect customers with a maintenance professional fast — in as little as 30 minutes.
How does Homee work?
Homee delivers a maintenance professional to your rental property on-demand, based on your and your tenant’s schedule. Homee pros can schedule your work as quickly as 30 minutes after the request. Scheduling and coordination is managed entirely through the Homee app.
How do I pay for my service?
When booking a Homee service via a Zillow Rental Manager referral link, you pay for the service directly on Homee’s website. The transaction does not occur via Zillow.
Does Zillow facilitate my transaction with Homee?
While Zillow Rental Manager will refer you to Homee if the service is available in your neighborhood, Zillow does not facilitate transactions that happen via Homee. If you need support with your Homee account or service, contact them directly at support@homeeondemand.com.
