What is the Lead Guarantee?
The Lead Guarantee applies to paid Zillow Rental Manager listings. If you don't receive a lead within a week, it's free to list until you do (for up to 8 weeks).
How do I redeem my free week?
From the time you first active your listing, if your listing goes a full one-week billing cycle with no rental leads, it will automatically renew for another week for free. Your listing will continue to renew for free if you don’t receive a lead, for up to eight weeks. Once you receive a lead, your next renewal will be $9.99 per week and will continue to be charged each week until it is cancelled.
I received a lead but I didn’t want to rent to them. Do I still qualify for the guarantee?
The Lead Guarantee helps ensure you are hearing from renters, but makes no guarantee to whether they will meet your qualifications.
My listing is already live as of August 10, 2020. How does the lead guarantee work for me?
The lead guarantee does not retroactively apply to listings that are already live. The guarantee applies to new listings as of August 10, 2020
The guarantee lasts for 8 weeks. What happens after that?
Listing will auto renew at $9.99/week unless user manually deactivates it
I didn’t receive a lead. Can I get a refund instead?
The lead guarantee only grants you a future free week. We are not issuing refunds as a part of our lead guarantee.
I have a previous listing that received no leads. Can I reactivate this listing for free?
The lead guarantee only applies to listings that were activated on or after August 10, 2020.
Is my listing eligible for the lead guarantee?
If your listing is eligible for the lead guarantee it will be displayed on your edit listing page in Zillow Rental Manager. In order to be eligible, the listing needs to be:
- A single family rental, townhome, condo, or apartment unit (entire apartment communities do not qualify)
- Built and managed in ZIllow Rental Manager
- Off the market for 30 consecutive days prior to listing
