Post for a flat fee rate allows you to post a rental listing, in select locations, for 90 days for one flat fee rate. This is an alternative payment option to a weekly payment and applies after your first free listing.
Why would the flat fee rate be a better option for me?
The flat fee payment is a good option for listings that may have a longer posting life. With flat fee, you pay once and have your listing active for 90 days, giving you more time to find your perfect renter. Your listing will automatically deactivate after 90 days, but you can still deactivate your listing at any time if you find a renter sooner.
How long will this rate apply for?
Your listing will be posted at the flat fee rate for 90 days.
What is included in the listing fee?
Your listings will be posted across the most visited online rental network* — Zillow, Trulia, and HotPads.
All listings, free and paid, receive access to the following tools to help you manage your rental properties:
- Online tenant screening, including background checks and credit reports
- Digital lease signing tools allowing you to upload and sign an existing lease or customize a brand new one (customizable leases are available in select locations**)
- Online rent payments for both one-time and recurring charges
Can I remove my listing before the 90 days?
Yes, you can deactivate your listing at any time.
What happens if I deactivate my listing and want to repost it?
If you deactivate your listing within the 90 days and want to repost it within those 90 days, you will not be charged for the remainder of the time from the initial posting date. If you deactivate your listing and repost after the 90 days from your initial posting, you will be given the payment options again and will require a new payment to post.
Can I be refunded if I remove my listing early?
Once you choose a payment and listing term option, we are unable to change the payment plan and do not provide refunds, full or partial, for deactivating your listing early.
How much is the flat fee rate?
The flat fee rate varies by state and select markets.
