Yes. The decision about who to rent your property to is always up to you.
If you purchase Rental Protection, you’ll need to review the renter’s income documents and verify that the renter’s monthly income is equal to at least 2 times the monthly rent. Zillow doesn’t review tenant income information for you.
If you aren’t able to verify that the renter meets the income requirements for Rental Protection, you won’t be able to request Rental Protection through Zillow Insurance Services. You can still decide to rent your property to any renter through Zillow Rental Manager, even if you decide not to request Rental Protection.
