Zillow Rental Manager users can upload and e-sign a lease agreement for properties located anywhere in the nation. Meanwhile, the lease builder tool is currently available for landlords with properties in Colorado, Florida, Oregon, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennesee, and select portions of Illinois.
