For Sale and For Rent listings can now be shown simultaneously. When both are showing simultaneously, the rental listing appears in the Also listed on section of the HDP.
Things to keep in mind:
- The For Sale listing will always be the primary listing that displays
- If you are posting via Zillow Rental Manager, your listing will be posted to Zillow and HotPads and show a "Partially Published" status as these listings are not supported on Trulia.
