Is tour scheduling available nationwide?

When does tour scheduling become available to me?
- Tour scheduling can only be utilized when a listing is available for rent and active on the Zillow Rentals marketplace. You can enable tour scheduling through the listing path when setting up a new listing or relisting your property, or afterwards on the specific properties overview screen.
Is tour scheduling required?
- Tour scheduling on Zillow is completely optional. You can opt into tour scheduling through the listing path or directly from the specific property’s Overview screen.

- Open houses (where multiple interested renters can attend the same showing) is currently not supported.

How does tour scheduling work?
- There are two ways to schedule tour requests: Leads can choose between Instant Book or Review and Confirm type tours.
- Instant Book allows interested renters to choose from your available times and directly confirm a tour immediately.
- Review and Confirm requires you to review the interested renter’s request to tour before confirming. It’s recommended that you respond within 24 hours otherwise the request will expire and not show in your calendar.
How can I add a tour confirmation to my personal calendar?
- When a tour is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with an .ics file that can be downloaded or added to your personal calendar. To do this, drag the .ics file into your calendar of choice.
Can I change my default time zone?
- To update your default time zone, please contact our support team directly.
What happens when I cancel a tour?
- We will send the interested renter a cancellation email notifying them of the change. It is up to you to message the interested renter with a brief explanation why.
Why isn’t my tour availability showing?
- Your tour availability will only show on your listing if the time slots are within 21 days of the current date and more than four hours away from the showing’s time.
What communication is sent to the renter who scheduled the tour?
- The individual who scheduled the tour receives emails based on the tour’s status (requested, confirmed, rescheduled, or cancelled). Once a tour is confirmed, the email includes an .ics file for them to add it to their calendar.
- They will also receive a push notification reminder 24 hours and 4 hours before the tour, and a push notification and email anytime you send a message on the Zillow platform.
