If you have checked your payments dashboard in your Zillow Rental Manager and see that the payment is not yet scheduled, you can reach out to your renter directly for more information. You can also send them a payment reminder that will trigger an email with a link to their payments hub.
To send a reminder, access the payments section of your listing in your Zillow Rental Manager and click the Past due tab under Payment activity. There you will see a button to remind your renter to make their payment.
