1. I am the admin for a company account and I need access to Zillow applications for a property. How do I enable or view applications?
To enable applications as an admin on your account,
- Navigate to one of the listings in your account
- Scroll down your listing review page to the Application subsection
- Click Applications
- Click Learn more to get started!
5. Follow the prompt to become an application manager by selecting Yes

7. Once your identity has been verified, refresh the listing review page

2. I am the admin for a company account and I need to give another user on my team access to Zillow applications for a property. How do I do that?
- To give a user on your team access to applications, navigate to the user management section of your account
2. From there, select Application Permissions.
3. Toggle ON application permissions for the users that you would like to grant permission to Note that you can only grant access for up to five users at a time
3. I am a user (non-administrator) for a company account and I need access to Zillow applications. How do I enable or view applications?
- Navigate to a listing
- Scroll down to the Applications section.
- Select Request permission.
i. This will trigger an email to the administrator on your Zillow Rentals account.
4. Once the admin grants you access, you will be required to verify your identity at set-up and every 335 days. 5. Once you have been granted access by your account admin and verified your identity, you should be able to view applications for all listings in that account.
4. Where do I view applications on my listing?
If you’ve enabled applications for your listing, you will be able to view them by selecting Applications on the top right corner of your listing review page.
5. Are applications on the property level or unit-level?
Applications can only sent to the property level, not the unit level.
